Between 10/30/2022 and 11/6/2022, we were alerted to connectivity issues leading to intermittent packet loss and connection timeouts in our London data center. While investigating a fix, we continued to triage the issue as needed to limit the impact to customers. On 11/6, we applied preventive measures that we believe should resolve the immediate issue. We've identified the underlying cause of these problems and are currently working on additional network upgrades.
Once this work is complete, we plan to post a more detailed postmortem on what happened and the measures we've taken to prevent it from recurring.
