On October 23, 2025 at approximately 00:09 UTC, some subpages of the Linode.com website started returning 500/502 errors. As a result, customers were unable to submit forms for specific areas of the www.linode.com website.

The investigation revealed that this issue started manifesting after a DNS change was performed earlier that day. The earlier DNS change was reverted as of 01:39 UTC on October 23, 2025 which resolved the issue.

At this time we have been able to correct the issue affecting the subpages of the Linode.com website. We haven't observed any additional issues, and will now consider this incident resolved. Our team is investigating an emerging service issue affecting some subpages of the Linode.com website returning 500/502 errors. Some of the pages include the credential submission form, abuse portal, and Linode blog. We will share additional updates as we have more information.
